You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have verifiable parent or guardian consent before using any Sculk Hosting services.You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, notify the support team immediately at support@sculkhosting.com so the team can take steps to secure your account.
All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.By purchasing a service, you authorize Sculk Hosting to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring amount. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current in the client area at my.sculkhosting.com.Promotional pricing and discount coupons are offered at Sculk Hosting’s discretion and may be changed, limited, or revoked at any time without prior notice.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated and resources have been provisioned. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, submit a request to support@sculkhosting.com and it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • Dedicated IP add-ons
  • One-time setup fees
  • Any other add-on services
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate service suspension.
You may not use Sculk Hosting services for any activity that is illegal, abusive, or harmful to others. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
  • Launching or facilitating DDoS or other network attacks
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
  • Cryptocurrency mining of any kind
  • Distributing or storing pirated or otherwise unlicensed software
  • Any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
For game servers specifically, you may not run malicious plugins, support cracked or pirated game clients, or use tools designed to attack other servers or players.Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your service without a refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of all data stored on your Sculk Hosting server. The panel provides a backup feature as a convenience tool, but Sculk Hosting does not guarantee the availability, integrity, or completeness of any panel-generated backups.In the event of data loss — regardless of the cause — Sculk Hosting is not liable for lost files, configurations, or other data unless a specific written agreement states otherwise. Always keep off-site copies of critical data.
Sculk Hosting targets 99.9% monthly network uptime for all hosted services. If monthly uptime falls below this threshold due to an issue within Sculk Hosting’s control, you may be eligible for a service credit.Credits are applied to your account balance and may be used toward future invoices. Credits are not redeemable for cash or issued as refunds. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, customer actions, third-party software, or external network events does not qualify for credits.To review full SLA terms and credit calculation details, contact the support team or refer to the full Terms of Service.
