Sub-users let you give other people access to your server’s control panel without sharing your account credentials. You control exactly what each sub-user can see and do — from read-only console access for a trusted player, to full file management access for a server admin. If you run a community server with a team of moderators or admins, sub-users are the right way to delegate panel access safely.Documentation Index

What sub-users can do
A sub-user can log in to panel.sculkhosting.com with their own account and see only the server or servers you’ve invited them to. Within that server, they can perform any action you’ve explicitly granted them permission to perform. Common permissions include:Console access
View the server console and send commands. Can be granted as read-only or with command execution.
File management
Browse, upload, edit, and delete server files — useful for admins who manage configs or plugins.
Backup management
Create backups and restore previous snapshots without needing to contact the account owner.
Full admin access
All permissions enabled — equivalent to the account owner for day-to-day server management.
How to add a sub-user
Log in to the panel
Go to panel.sculkhosting.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open your server's Users tab
Select your server from the list, then click the Users tab in the server navigation.
Enter their email address
Enter the email address associated with the sub-user’s Sculk Hosting account. They will need to have an account already — they can create one for free at my.sculkhosting.com.
Select permissions
Check the permissions you want to grant. You can enable or disable individual permissions, or grant full access.
Managing and revoking access
You can update a sub-user’s permissions at any time from the Users tab. To remove a sub-user entirely, click the delete icon next to their entry.Responsibility and account security
As the account owner, you are fully responsible for all actions taken by your sub-users. If a sub-user deletes files, triggers a ban, or causes any other problem on your server, that action is treated as having been performed under your account.Treat sub-user access the same way you’d treat giving someone a physical key to your server. Only invite people you trust, and grant only the permissions they actually need.
