How to cancel a service
You can cancel your service in two ways: through the client area or by contacting support directly.Cancel through the client area
Log in to the client area
Go to my.sculkhosting.com and sign in to your account.
Cancel by email
If you cannot access the client area, email support@sculkhosting.com with your account email address, the service you want to cancel, and your preferred cancellation date.Cancellation timing
You are responsible for submitting your cancellation request before your next renewal date. If the renewal invoice is already paid before your cancellation is processed, the payment covers the new billing period and is subject to the refund policy below.Log in to my.sculkhosting.com to check your next renewal date before you intend to cancel.
What happens after cancellation
Once your service reaches its expiry date, it may be suspended, deleted, or reallocated without further notice. Sculk Hosting does not guarantee data retention after a service expires.Refund policy
Services are generally non-refundable once activated. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you can submit a refund request to support@sculkhosting.com. Requests are reviewed case-by-case at Sculk Hosting’s discretion.Items that are not refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:- Dedicated IP addresses

- Add-ons and extras
